| No, despite the fact that we may be selling other variations of this product on our website the auction is for the exact product listed. Substitutions are not allowed. |
| Can you cancel my bid? |
| No, only you can retract your bid. And then, only before the end of the auction. Please only bid if you are serious about following through with the transaction. |
| What is the total amount I owe? |
| Winning bid + Shipping, Handling, and Insurance = Total. Orders may receive a discounted shipping rate on auctions purchased within 7 days and paid for with a SINGLE payment. eBay's check-out will figure the rate for you. You will be charged the highest shipping cost for your first item and receive a shipping discount of $5 on each additional item. |

| Have you received my payment? |

| Why haven't you accepted my PayPal payment? |
| If you have sent a PayPal payment and we have not accepted it then you have sent it to the wrong address. Please cancel it and re-send using the pay now button in the auction. |
| How much is shipping? |
| Shipping is stated in the auction. If we do not list a rate for your country we do not ship to it. Shipping rates are not negotiable. |
| Can you ship to me somewhere else? |
| We can only
ship to you at your confirmed PayPal address. If you have someone else pay
with their PayPal account this means we will be shipping the item to them.
Please do not include special instructions with you payment, PayPal's system does not pick these up. |

| Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually 1 -2 business days after payment, excluding weekends and holidays. |

| STANDARD shipping takes 5 to 10 days, EXPEDITED orders take on average 3 to 5 days, and International Orders take 2-6 weeks. These are average shipping times and are not guaranteed. |
| Can I get a tracking number? |

Tracking numbers are sent for all orders if you provide an email address. If you have not received a tracking number our emails are being blocked by your spam filter. Please set your spam filter to accept all email from ICYCLESUSA.com, PayPal, and eBay. |
| Do I need to add sales tax? |
| We will pay your sales tax for you if the item is being shipped in state. No sales tax on items sent out of state. |
| Can you send it as a gift? |
| No, international customers must pay all taxes, duties, and customs fees. |
| Can I pick my item up? |
| No, we are an internet mail order company. Your item will be shipped. |
| Can I return / exchange an item if I am unhappy with it? |
| eBay sales are final however if we have made an error please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can try to resolve the situation. Should we determine any part of your order needs to be returned it must ship within 7 days and postage must be prepaid. |
| Why haven't you left me feedback? |
| Feedback will be left within 24 hours after you leave us feedback. This is an automated process and isn't perfect, once in a while it forgets a feedback, if this happens to you just email us and we'll manually leave you feedback. |
