an item is stated. If you are not willing to take a chance at the
price it is selling for then please do not bid.
Is the item really that
size / style / color?
Yes,
auctions are always as stated and as pictured, stock photos are
sometimes used where appropriate as we often have many different
sizes of the same item.
Can I get one in another
size / style / color?
No, despite
the fact that we may be selling other variations of this product on
our website the auction is for the exact product listed.
Substitutions will not be made to auction items.
Can you
cancel my bid?
No, only you
can retract your bid. And then, only before the end of the auction. Negative feedback will be left for
all non-paying bidders so only bid if you are serious about following
through with the transaction.
What is the total amount I owe?
Winning bid +

in the auction and the rate will be figured for you. You will be charged the highest shipping cost for your first item and receive a shipping discount of $3.90 on each additional item.

What is your PayPal address?
Click the PayPal or Pay Now button
in the auction to
pay. Doing so fills in most of the auction information for you and gets
us the information we need to fill your order quickly and correctly.
Have you received my payment?
Payment confirmation is sent for all payments sent using PayPal. If you have not received a payment confirmation
our emails are being blocked by your spam filter. Please set your
spam filter to accept all email from ICYCLESUSA.com, PayPal, and
eBay. Please
log into your PayPal Account or go to the auction you won to view payment status.
Why haven't you accepted my PayPal payment?
If you have sent a PayPal payment and we have not accepted it then you have sent it to the wrong address. Please cancel it and
re-send using the pay now button in the auction.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is
stated in the auction. If we do not list a rate for your country we
do not ship to it.
Do you offer combined shipping rates?

When will my item ship?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 1 -
2 days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Has my item shipped?
Payment and
shipping notification emails are sent for all orders. If you have not received
our emails they are being blocked by your spam filter. Please
log into your PayPal Account to view payment status. Make sure your
spam filter is set to accept all emails from ICYCLESUSA.com.
How long will it take to get here?
STANDARD
shipping takes 5 to 10 days, EXPEDITED orders take on average 3 to 5 days,
and International Orders take
2-6 weeks. These are average shipping times and are not guaranteed.
Can I get a tracking number?
Tracking
numbers are sent for all orders if you provide an email address. If you have not received a
tracking number our emails are being blocked by your spam filter. Please set your
spam filter to accept all email from ICYCLESUSA.com, PayPal, and
eBay.
Do I need to add sales tax?
You will be
charged 7.75% sales tax if you are having your item shipped to Nevada.
No sales tax on items sent out of state.
Can you send it as a gift?
No,
international customers must pay all taxes, duties, and customs fees.
Can I pick my item up?
No, we are an
internet mail order company. Your item will be shipped.
Can I
return / exchange an item if I am unhappy with it?
No, unlike
sales through our website, auction
sales are final. There are no
returns, exchanges, refunds, credits, or cancellations. This is clearly stated in every auction.
Why
haven't you left me feedback?
Feedback will be left about 24 - 48 hours after you leave us
feedback. This is an automated process and isn't perfect, once in a
while it forgets a feedback, if this happens to you just email us
and we'll manually leave you feedback.
