Returns
are easy, there is no need to contact us in advance about
returns. Simply send the item back within 30 days in the
original unopened packaging.
What if an item isn't
going to work out?
Return it to us in the original
unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase with a copy
of your invoice. Once we've received the item back, we will
credit you in the same manner you paid.
What if I've opened
the package?
In order to return
items for refund or exchange, the items must be in the original
unopened packaging in NEW and UNUSED condition. If you
have opened, tried to install, or used the item in any way it is
no longer new and it is not returnable.
How do I make an
exchange?
To
make an exchange simply return the item and re-order the
replacement through our website. There is no need to wait for a
replacement.
Who pays the postage
on returned items?
Return shipping charges
are the responsibility of the customer. Insurance is
recommended.
How quickly will
ICYCLES process my return?
We process returns once
a week. Depending on your credit card company refunds will
take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending
on their policies.
What if an item is
received damaged?
Contact us immediately,
do not send the order back until instructed to do so. All
insurance claims for shipping damage must be placed with the
shipping company. Save all packing lists, shipping cartons, and
packing material until the carrier has inspected them.
How do I know if
my return has been processed?
Log into the your
account section
of our website with your email address and password. You can see
the status of all your orders anytime from there.
What if there's other
problems with my order?
If you have any
problems with an order from ICYCLES, send us an email by
clicking the Contact
Us link. We'll tell you exactly what steps need to be
taken.
What if an item fails
once it's been used?
We
are happy to assist with warranty claims for defects in
materials and workmanship within 30 days of purchase. Warranty
claims must include a copy of the original invoice to be
processed. The
warranty is subject to the product being evaluated by the
manufacturer and
does not cover abuse, neglect, accidents, or racing related
issues. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to
credit, repair, or replace defective merchandise. Labor and
shipping is not covered. To warranty an item after 30 days
please contact the item's manufacturer directly.

the original proof of purchase.

sent pre-paid via the US Postal Service - we can not accept
COD's or certified packages.
